Returns policy

At present due to COVID situation we are following NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGE.
Usually if product is broken/damaged then you can return it at the time of delivery only.

Shipping Policy

We at accessories zone know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
•Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our side.
•Free shipping is available on all products in indore, in case you are out of indore you have to pay shipping charges.
•The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

•To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
•COD is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 100 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
•Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
•You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
•If the product is open, do not accept the order.
•No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
